We can deliver anywhere in Australia - shipping amounts are calculated from your shopping cart.
Selected items such as rolled prints & canvas' can be shipped internationally.

can I see some artworks in person?

Our wonderful local Michelago General Store (with delicious cafe) is just 30-40 minutes south of Canberra ACT and has a selection of our artworks and cards for sale.

when can I expect my order?

We operate on a print-on-demand basis to ensure each item is crafted specifically for you.
In general, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
If you require an urgent order, please contact us.

can you print custom sizes?

do you have wholesale rates?

Yes - if you have a store or airbnb that would look great paired with our artworks, please reach out to us.

can I visit nefotlak farm?

Sadly not yet as we have lots of infrastructure needed, however we hope to open to the public sometime in the future.

We're just a couple of rural rookies that met over 35 years ago when she was a travel consultant and he was a sailor!

After many careers, raising 3 wonderful daughters and lots of travel, we now have an alpaca farm in Michelago on Ngarigo Country at the northern tip of the Snowy Monaro region of NSW, Australia.

We plan on farm visits and farm stays in our future - but this farm shop has been our first big dream...besides moving to the country!

Our fine art prints are a custom-made-to-order product, which means that once you place an order, we begin creating your piece. Due to the handmade nature of our items (printing and framing), most products have a handling time of 2-3 weeks. 

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us.

Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

As our products are made to order, exchanges are not accepted, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

In the case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

framed & unframed photographic prints

All purchases of photographic prints - whether framed or unframed - are custom-made to order and therefore final.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

If your print arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@nefotlakfarm.com.au for assistance.

Be sure to include a clear photo of the damage along with your order details in your email.

We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement or another suitable solution.

Please note that all prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases of damage during transit, we will do our best to assist you.
